Free shipping on every order over US$200. Duties and taxes are already in the price. The number you see is the number you pay.
Where it ships from
Switzerland. Every Seasteel is assembled, regulated, pressure tested and boxed there, then sent straight to you. No warehouse detour, no second handling.

How long it takes
Counted in business days from the day it leaves Switzerland. You’ll get a tracking number the moment it does.

Remote areas can add a day or two. Customs clearance is handled by the courier before delivery, and since duties are prepaid there’s nothing to hold it up at the border.

Included. We pay them so you don’t get a surprise bill from a courier before they hand over your watch.
Carrier
DHL Express or FedEx Priority depending on destination, fully insured door to door. A signature is required on delivery. It’s a Swiss watch; we’re not leaving it on the step.
Orders under US$200
Which in practice means straps and accessories on their own: a flat US$15 by tracked post, shown at checkout.
Wrong address or a missed delivery
Contact us before the courier returns it to Switzerland and we’ll redirect. After that, re-sending is at cost.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. The watch comes back unworn, in its original box with the warranty card, and we refund in full less return shipping. Email info@moorewatch.co and we’ll send instructions.
