We collect as little as we can, keep it only as long as we need it, and never sell it. This page says what we hold and why, in plain words. Last updated March 2027.

What we collect and why
- Waitlist: your email address, so we can tell you when the Seasteel launches and when new colourways drop. Nothing else.
- Orders: your name, email, shipping address, phone number and what you bought, so we can ship the watch, handle duties, honour the warranty and reply if you contact us. Payment details go straight to our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
- Support: whatever you send us when you email, so we can help.
- Website: standard analytics (pages visited, device, rough location by country) to see what’s working. We use cookies for this and for the checkout to function; you can refuse non-essential cookies and the site still works.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that do a job for us, and only what they need. Our payment provider to take payment, our courier to deliver and clear customs, our email platform to send the emails you’ve signed up for, and our analytics provider. Each is bound to use your data only for that job. We don’t sell or rent your data to anyone.
Where it lives
Our providers store data in the EU, the UK and the US. Where data leaves the UAE or the EU we rely on standard contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Waitlist emails until you unsubscribe. Order records for seven years, because tax and warranty rules require it. Support emails for two years. Analytics in aggregate, not tied to you.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted (unless we must keep an order record), or stop marketing emails at any time by clicking unsubscribe or emailing info@moorewatch.co. We answer within 30 days. If you’re in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
The site and the waitlist are for adults.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we’ll tell waitlist and customer emails before it takes effect.
